• Question: Did you ever tried to teach your parrots free-flying? Also what type of parrots are they?

      So I have one Alexandrine parakeet called Yoshi who was hand reared, so she thinks she is a human. My other one is a plum head parakeet called Kiwi who is a bit more independent and much smaller. I am building up to training Yoshi to free fly because she is a bit bigger so I am less worried about her getting in fights with seaguls… but she is so friendly if she found another human I don’t think she would come back yet!
