      Hi HankaH. Good question! I don’t think drinking water will completely disappear from Earth because rain will supply water to rivers in at least some parts of the world. But in some places, the rains are disappearing or coming less often (this is because of climate change) which means drinking water is disappearing. We can bring water from somewhere else to these regions (in really long pipes), or we can take water from the sea and clean it and remove the salt and drink that. But for some parts of the world it won’t be possible to do these things and in the future people may not be able to keep living there.
