  Hi. great question Gail – useful to a customer is delivering what they need – some customers want a top line conclusion with key images to present back to some needing full data sets and error margins to provide information to regulatory bodies. Therefore we ensure we get clear at the start what the customer needs and what they will do with the information to ensure we deliver what they need.
