      We did some work looking at the structure of chocolate – the structure of the chocolate controls how it tastes

      Making the sturdiest and tallest tower in the shortest possible time using uncooked spaghetti and chewing gum 😀

      Hi Barbora,

      As part of my job, I really like taking pretty pictures of cells using a microscope. But when i was a kid i really enjoyed the mento’s in a fizzy drink experiment (particularly if it was ALOT of mentos) 🙂

      oooh great question – @kate – you’ve inspired me as we were helping a company understand how to prevent chocolate getting those white bits! I’ve also been fascinated by our CRUK project that is now entering year 4 of 6 as you really see how hard and fascinating the human body is and how different we all are.
