Question: have you found a fun and scientific way to eat double cream Oreos

Thanks for asking, I love double cream Oreos! But they can also induce sugar-related headaches if you stack all of the cream together. I wanted to test how many creams can I eat without having a headache and the best way was to experiment! It turns out I can only squish 4 creams between two cookies to “maximise” my enjoyment in eating Oreos. They’re really good (in my opinion) but in moderation is best 😀

But as with many experiments, I will redo and update my data in a year if I can still eat 4 creams stacked. Perhaps I can eat 5 in one go without having a headache next time! 🙂
